Order one as a gift to remember a loved pet who passed away, or a brand new puppy that fills a place in your heart you didn’t know you needed filled! Or maybe as a gift for your friend or family member who is obsessed with their cute little cat or doggie.

These portraits are 100% hand-painted, original works of art, using water-soluble oil paint on panel.

It doesn’t come framed, that way you can pick the perfect frame that matches your home!

Some FAQ’s

  • Once I order the portrait, how do I send you a photo of my pet? Easy! I will be able to email you directly after you purchase the painting, from there we will find the perfect photo.

  • Does the reference have to be good quality? Yes! Good lighting, please. The better quality the photo, the better the painting will be. If you do not have a good quality photo, I won’t be able to paint your pet. Please make sure it is close-up with good lighting and clear details. 

  • Can you paint more than one pet? No, this listing (4x6 mini pet portraits) is for one pet only. If you have multiple pets, you will have to order a portrait for each one! Or you can reach out to me directly and order a larger, personal commission that can accommodate multiple subjects. My email is spencerwelchstudios@yahoo.com

  • Does it come framed? No, it does not come framed, that way you can pick the perfect frame that matches your personal aesthetic.

  • How long does it take to receive the painting? The process takes about a month from creation to fully dry! Then, once it’s mailed, it will take 5-7 business days to arrive.

  • Can I order as a gift and have it sent directly to my friend/family member? Absolutely! Just fill out the shipping info with their address and I can send it directly to them. All of my orders are packaged with dried flowers and a little bow, but if you want to add a note, you will have to email me and then I can write whatever you want!
